Ashley LaRose M.S. OTR/L, received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Umass Boston. While in Boston Ashley worked in a skilled nursing facility and home health with adults and geriatrics and has experience working with orthopedic, cognitive, neurological and psychological needs. Ashley relocated from Boston to Maryland a year ago and has since worked as a school based occupational therapist servicing elementary aged children with emotional disabilities, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, Autism, developmental disorders, behavioral and psychological disorders in order to promote their fine motor, sensory regulation, attention to task and visual motor skills. Ashley also provides pelvic floor therapy for various conditions/disorders including fecal/urinary incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, sexual dysfunction and pain with intercourse, bowel dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum, pelvic/abdominal pain, and organ prolapse.
