ChaRon Booker, M.S., CF-SLP earned her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Eastern Michigan University and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of the District of Columbia. She has experience working with both pediatric and adult populations across private practice and medical settings.

Her clinical background includes providing evaluation and treatment for individuals with a range of communication and swallowing disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, traumatic brain injury (TBI), aphasia, dysphagia, dysarthria, and cognitive-communication impairments. ChaRon is passionate about improving quality of life for individuals and families affected by neurological and other communication-related conditions. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and collaborating closely with clients and their families.

During graduate school, ChaRon conducted research on family caregiving and post-stroke depression, specifically examining caregiver knowledge and awareness within diverse communities. This work reflects her commitment to culturally responsive care and addressing the mental health needs of caregivers navigating complex medical conditions.

Outside of the therapy room, ChaRon enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching TV, and spending time with her friends and family.
