Claire Clark is a first-year graduate student in the Speech-Language Pathology program at Gallaudet University. In 2023, she received a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in English from Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
While obtaining both degrees, Claire has been working as an English as a Foreign Language educator, working one-on-one with English language learners. Claire also maintains a part time Research Assistant role with the Numeracy and Educational Neuroscience Laboratory at Gallaudet University, currently participating in a study on acquisition of early numeracy concepts in deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing children. Claire has proficiency in American Sign Language and an intermediate language level in French. In her free time, she enjoys studying languages, cuddling her two cats, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen! She is greatly looking forward to her time at Metro Speech!
