Esha Banskota MS OTR/L, graduated with Bachelor and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Towson University. She has 10+ years of experience in the Occupational Therapy field. She began her career in hospital settings working with young adults and geriatrics in units such as intensive care, stroke, orthopedic, and general surgery. She then went on to pursue pediatric experience at a private sensory integration practice and at Children’s Hospital in Washington DC. At Children’s Hospital she evaluated and treated children with developmental, neurological, sensory processing and physical impairments.

Now that she has established a new role of a mom, she has become more passionate about returning in the pediatric field where she can add more value to the pediatric population in the community. She brings in a family centered approach and believes in tailoring interventions that are function based to meet every child’s individual needs. Having experienced hospital setting, she is now looking forward to taking on the challenge of working in a community-based setting where she can integrate and demonstrate the skills she has gained over time.
